OUR PRIMARY MISSION: To offer rehabilitation and support services with dignity and respect to the chemically dependent female in a nurturing, safe and caring environment.
   We provide top quality, individualized programs to women in need of help, in a loving, wholesome atmosphere, without regard for their financial capacity.
   Our primary purpose is to return such women to society as self-sufficient, productive citizens.

 We've come a long way with remarkable results

1968: Gratitude Guild, a non-profit corporation, is founded
1969: Alcoholic women enter Gratitude House
1988: Treatment program for pregnant and post partum clients
1990: Gratitude House and Children's Place join forces to provide housing for 18 children
1992: Day Treatment Program opened for 15 clients
1995: Hibiscus Haven opened as safe haven for 8 HIV chemically dependent women
2000: Integrated Dual Diagnosis

Hibiscus Haven

A safe residence for chemically dependent women afflicted with HIV/AIDS disease. The women participate in our Day Treatment Program. Hibiscus Haven is made possible through a federally funded grant administered by the City of West Palm Beach.
